We are a new business venture set up by experienced Industry Professionals to cater to the needs of companies seeking to expand their footprint in India. Our business foray has been conceptualized and structured to coincide with the roll out of India’s largest indirect tax reform - the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on 1st July, 2017. GST will be levied both on goods (manufacturing) and services and will convert the country effectively into one large unified market, replacing most indirect taxes with one tax. This unification of markets presents large opportunities.
